2023 Presidency: Tinubu To Meet Afenifere Leaders Tomorrow

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress will on Sunday be in Akure, Ondo State to pay a courtesy visit to Pa Reuben Fasoranti and the leadership of Afenifere, the Yoruba cultural and political organisation.

During the visit, he will also present his Action Plan on how he intends to tackle the economic and other problems the country is grappling with.

The 80-page plan, christened Renewed Hope, was formally launched in Abuja on 21 October by President Muhammadu Buhari.

On 17 December, Tinubu addressed a coalition of Arewa groups in Kaduna during which he highlighted the key elements of the plan, especially as they benefit the people of Northern Nigeria.

The APC torch bearer will similarly speak on his plans today before the Yoruba group, led by Pa Reuben Fasoranti.

He will on Tuesday in Lagos discuss with the chambers of commerce in the South West on how he intends to improve the economy of Nigeria, to achieve a double digit growth.

Pa Fasoranti and his team will be very glad to recieve Asiwaju Tinubu tomorrow.

That HE Obi did not even know that Pa Fasoranti is the Leader of Afenifere alone and at no time visited Papa in Akure to meet him, commiserate with him on the loss of his daughter and solicit his support and blessings shows how uninformed Obi is about SW politics despite living in SW for most part of his adult life.

Pa Ayo Adebanjo is not the leader of Afenifere , the leader is Pa Fasoranti .He is not dead yet so nobody can take his place ; he is 97 years old going to 98, much older than Pa Adebanjo but just slowed down recently after losing his daughter some 2-3 years ago.
