Not lack of funds. There is no medical doctor that lack funds to leave Nigeria. Each and every medical doctor you see in Nigeria is working on his escape plans. He is going through the process one after the other.

Well, frankly not everyone can leave Nigeria. While a good number have either left or working on leaving, there are those who can’t and have no plans of leaving like females married to established non doctors and others who due to family responsibilities for example can’t afford to pay time to prepare for foreign exams.

It is obvious he is working for those kwe kwe hospital where the MD is underpaying his staffs and using them anyhow, but still, there are still many doctors to replace him if he overshoots his luck. I know hospitals that change doctors like water, japa is not for everyone.

Stop blabbing. The reason the doctor has that level of confidence is that even if the MD sacks him today, he will start a new work tomorrow (with even better pay). Many hospitals are in dire need of Doctors.

I think the MD must have had a questionable way of addressing Doctors within his team...

If not I don't see why the Doctor should have brought such statement to the MD.
