If you miss 1 month you get 2 extra months, if you miss 2 months you get 4 extra months while anything above 2 months is an extension

Gud evening, a fellow corp member's dashboard is showing 13th month (which reads 'absent') and his POP is on 3rd of this month. Does he need to do his monthly biometric for the 13th month ( i.e November)?
