What I observed about your issues is that you are given yourself too much comfort and this are the things that are killing your testosterone ,you will need to change your daily routine
You increase your T- level by this simple habit

1. Take cold shower early in the morning before 6.00 am

2.Do push- ups everyday don't give yourself a target just continue doing it until until you are exhursted

3. Avoid plastic food eat enough vegetables And also avoid sugar drinks replace it with water

4. Read motivational book I can recommend if you don't have one

5.Relate with people to build your social circle meet new people surround yourself with people that will motivate you

6.Meditate often before you get out bed stay away from TV, your phones or any thing that can distract you

Women who are already taken or still very attached to her Ex are the biggest form of time wasters.
These women like to flirt with other men because they think it’s fun and they like the attention; flirting is something women enjoy. They just love flirting, catching cruise and leading guys on even when they have no interest in the guy.

What I mean by flirting is interacting with the opposite sex in a light-hearted, unserious and playful manner.It involves playful teasing, playful insult, funny remarks and playful compliments.


Guys have couple of times ask me what I think about flirting. I get questions like, " how do I flirt better with girls."
It surprise them when I say they shouldn't be flirting in the first place.



I have noticed that the women who I'm flirting with i.e I'm interacting with them in an unserious, witty and playful manner and playful teasing and insult...I ended up with only maybe few of them. And the down side of it is that it creates room for unnecessary mind games and worthless power play.

But have noticed that the category women who I'm talking to in deeply and quietly and asking her honest questions... most times I allow them do all the talking while I listened. I ended up with more women in these category.

It's a simple logic. A Womean who is already happily taken or who has no interest in you DON'T like it when you talk to then in low tone, quietly, deeply... asking her deep and honest questions because they know that interacting with them in that manner would naturally take things to the "next level(sex, relationship)"
But they love it when you are flirty with them, that is when you interacting with them in a light-hearted unserious and playful manner... They like that kind of attention... because they know the interaction is probably leading to nowhere and they can easily bill you in the process.

So when guys ask me how do I flirt better with girls. Or they ask me "how do I talk to a woman and make her fall in love

The answer I always throw at them is, "Talk to her as if you've ALREADY Bleep her"

That's basically it.

Remember, after fucking a girl, you'd naturally tone down the playful flirty vibe and you'd be more Bossy and almost more authorative... This is how you should interact with her even when you've not Bleep her yet. But don't be rude or harsh to her.

If you see me talking to a new girl, you'd almost think I've already Bleep her... because I'll talk to her in a low tone, quietly, deeply and almost authoritative way...but I'm still respectful towards her.



Infact if you are yet to Bleep her, more of the time, don't act all "excited and impressed" when interacting with her.

Because if you look all excited and impressed by her beauty and her female sexiness, she'll see no reason to want to impress you again.... But if you give off the "I'm not yet impressed with you yet" vibe, she'll naturally want to impress you.
