Hey Guys , I have a Lesotho PayPal i opened some time last year but I haven't linked a card or bank to it.
I have Payoneer US Bank Account . Would it work if I add it?


Is it possible to receive money without linking bank or card?

No the payoneer US bank account won't work.
Yes you can receive money without linking a card.
Did you open the account while in Lesotho?
