Nigeria Private Sector Growth Remains Robust
The Stanbic IBTC Bank Nigeria PMI edged lower to 53.6 in October of 2022 from 53.7 in September, but still pointed to a solid growth in Nigeria's private sector activity. Output and new orders rose sharply while purchasing activity increased at an accelerated pace. Now, let me shock you again, their economy is in recession and alot of small businesses in their country have all collapsed. It's so bad that alot of big ones are contemplating quiting their market.
