Last week, vehicles had to wait till 4pm to cross the Niger bridge.

My friend travelled to Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
It was supposed to be Monday, but because vehicles can't pass the Niger bridge until evening, he shifted it till 4pm.

PS: They usually don't pass Onitsha to PH, but because of the floods, everybody has gone back to Onitsha/Owerri Expressway

The sit at home is very strong on Mondays.
