That's why Tinubu needs to change his VP tbh. In his bid to appease those in his party asking for Muslim Muslim ticket, he limited his pool by picking Muslim Muslim ticket but since the limited pool which he's banking on are betraying him, then he should return to status quo and include everyone which is what should have been done from the beginning.

There are several reasons why the VP should be changed.

First, the VP candidate can be changed because it was picked and not appointed like the Presidential candidate of a party. Even Presidential candidate can be changed if he likes to. However, We're talking about the VP candidate here though. Until elected, the VP candidate can be changed.

Secondly, The federal character principles was violated in the first place by picking Muslim Muslim ticket hence it needs to be ammended since we're talking about "federal" in quote, which entails the federal/national level which encompasses everyone.

Thirdly, all parties must obey section 222 which entails the federal character hence it was always Lalong's claim all along since he's the only Christian Northern governor in APC party.

Fourthly, why limit your votes to a particular set when it should have been opened to everyone in the federal country?
