Good morning beautiful members of NL, happy Sunday all , today I will be cooking Moi Moi, one of our member here by name @pocohantas challenged me to cook Moi Moi and I promised him I will be cooking that today , after thinking of how to go about washing and grinding the beans, God brought one of female bestie ohhh and she agreed to help me in washing and grinding it but I will have to go and bring it by myself …

Fish
Tatashe (long pepper )
Short pepper

Crayfish
Knorr Maggi
Salt
Groundnut oil
Etc

I swear that was why I wasted time sending the picture because I was washing cloth so that it will cool down and i really enjoyed it

It is one of the easiest meal for me to prepare. Expecially dehauling the beans. Just rinse,put in a mortar to pound. Once it is obvious the peels are off it's back. You start decanting it. I have a high processing blender that I use you in grinding. The rest is history! Just muster the courage. It goes with pap on Saturday mornings. Leftovers are warmed and used to eat rice on Sunday.
