Lekan239:which Kasala? Canada is not south Africa or some Arab country. Majority of Nigerians are here as PR. When you come in as PR, you get citizenship in 3 years. Even as PR, you have as many benefits as a citizens except the right to vote and join military. All that will change once you get citizenship. And Canadians are generally very polite, kind and nice. |

ariesbull: You don’t invest in retail business and leave it for a second in Nigeria. It will fail woefully. Retail pharmacy is not a business you can easily take stock periodically. Take this advice and know peace 2 Likes 1 Share |

ariesbull: if ENGLISH comprehension is not your problem, you will appreciate the fact that there was never an instance I said - 11 people living in a 3 bedroom flat is "DECENT" - olodo, please open your brain for one second - I only said the ONLY way I figured anyone can save $10,000 is IF they live like that - I never said it is DECENT to live like that - GO TO SCHOOL, I WILL NOT WENT, na the result be this - you can not comprehend a simple passage and discuss intelligently in a cyber public forum, arguing blindly and reasoning upside down, ozuor |

Allisgud:News made round recently of a first class Mathematics graduate and MSc graduate in Nigeria that his country failed him as he was doing farming that was snapped up by an Ivy league school in the USA for his PhD. Your talent and skills as a professional in corporate world will always win regardless of how your feelings are as an individual. 1 Like 1 Share |

sonnie10:Ask them the number of Nigerians washing dead bodies abroad? They are ignorant that even abroad take care of their dead very well compared to Nigeria and you have to show some qualifications before applying for those jobs, similar to blue collar jobs like plumbing and fork-lifting unlike Nigeria with several Oluwole "professionals". The ones that claim to drive SUV still prefer foreign made ones and not Innoson yet they preach to you about patriotism. |

This is a very wrong statement. My dad has never been able to buy a new car all his life. I can buy one now if i want, i don't leave above my means, also i have no credit card bills. Only loan i am paying off is my student loans and i have $5850 left, which i can pay off now if i want. Its not any fault of his, its just the hand he was dealt in Nigeria. gassbee: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Allisgud: That means he was not really a Lion in Nigeria. He was just a cat helped by nepotism and corrupt system in Nigeria to look like a Lion. Find out how he landed his bank manager job in Nigeria. Maybe he got there by cheating in schools, by nepotism and "man know man" which is prevalent in Nigeria. On getting to abroad where he cannot cheat, no man-know-man to help him, his real trait is then exposed. 4 Likes |

How do you guys come up with all these nonsense. Please, not everyone living abroad, lives on credit. I don't even own a credit card anymore. Only loan i have is my student loan and i have only $5850 left. And i have a good job. I am coming back to Naija to bury my father in law, and i am spending almost 8k on flights and much more on the burial. I didn't take a single loan, or use credit or borrow from anyone. And i still have almost 4 times that in savings. hodari: 3 Likes |
