raumdeuter:It is different in Lagos, Party Exco would conduct primary to select the Party candidate. Hours or days after announcement of the primary result, we will hear Baba sope the winner should step down for his prefered candidate. It has happened severally and this is why most Local Govt Chairmen are underperforming cos they are not answerable to the masses... |

Abiolavsays we need to define whether we want a market driven or policy driven economy If we choose market driven economy, government can still intervene, but we will need to set up a strong market economy, amd sell bonds to fund investment in Nigeria. Prp has a master infrastructure development plan. They will stop subsidising consumption instead focusing on subsidising production. He will prioritise am economy that sees Nigerians as stakeholders eg subsidising mortgages etc Forex is a problem. Exchange rate is fixed that is twice the blavk market rate. Something has to be done to fox that He is now well over time. What are our inflatiary factors? Is it exchange rate, is it lack of infrastructure? Bros is well over |

nihilistjnr: You're doing well bro. Based on performances so far, Kwankwaso deserves the Iron Throne. He's making less noise, not incoherent and hitting Bull in the Eyes. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by nihilistjnr: 10:25pm On Nov 06, 2022 |
Kwankwaso says we're going to stop everything that has ro do with stealing from aso villa down to the streets We are aware of corruption in subsidy. Subsidy overall isn't doing good to anyone, but we need palliative to mitigate subsidy removal. On issue if exchange rate, there are several interwined factors. He drops one stat related to oil production. We have to do whatever it takes to stop stealing. Where are we going to find funding for my 1 million officers? He starts discussing watching, and says nobody will pay for wace under him. What?! |

Raumdeuter, who was your candidate in 2011, seems like it wasn't Jonathan, was it Buhari? |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by nihilistjnr: 10:29pm On Nov 06, 2022 |
Okowa agrees with the men who spoke before. Now there's a surprise Okowa feels the dangote refinery is critical to solving oil theft issue. He is basically pinning government policy on Dangote refinery. Thjs is nasty. Man's slobbering up Dangote hard. He does point out that we're borrowing money to fund subsidy which is unsustainable. He says he we need a pipeline surveillance system in place. I think he throws tompolo under the bus there, I'm not sure. The dangote refinery is key to solving forex issue. This guy's gag reflex is world class. Dangote will be pleased. My score 1. Abiola 2. Obi 3. Okowa 4 kwakwaso |

BlueRayDick:Senseless and useless party. Jonathan handled ASUU strikes much better than the lifeless one in Aso Rock. Buhari is easily the worst Nigerian president in the history of the country's democracy. It's not surprising that a leader, who many Nigerians aren't sure actually earned an SSCE certificate, is doing his best to cripple the education sector as he doesn't value education. 12 Likes |

Theflint1: Just few pages back, you told me it is not realistic to start asking for the "HOW". You started saying they need 4 months to do this, and 4 years to do that. But here you are, waiting to see HOW Kwankwaso hopes to get funding for 1 million personnels. The very same thing i did ask You see Wonders? It will not end in my time 5 Likes |

Theflint1: I asked for HOW. The same HOW is what was asked of Kwankwaso. Even Bismark asked the candidates to spend more time discussing HOW. But its not realistic yet. When they get 4 to 5 months on the job, they'll know HOW I feel you bro |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by nihilistjnr: 10:36pm On Nov 06, 2022 |
How do you deal with budget deficit? Abiola goes first. There's nothing really wrong with debt. The issue is about how its used - fair enough Kwankwaso is next - he inherited a lot of debt jn Kano. He left with zero debt. He left 43 million dollars in one account. The man is doing a decent covet of Peter Obi's greatest hits Obi says he intends to aggressively cost waste in the government and reduce cost of governance. He will have a balanced budget. He is however not against borrowing if its requited for production First time I've heard this man make sense today Okowa surprise surprise agrees with Obi. But he needs thr dangote refinery to run slurp slurp. He gives some stats about servicing debt. He states our economy is in shambles. We need to restructure our debt and find new ways to generate revenue. We should also engage rhe private sector(probably Dangote) My score 1. Abiola 2. Obi/Okowa 4. Kwankwaso |

All four candidates just responded to how they'd make funds available to run their manifesto, but I'm sure that's not what you want to hear, you want a detailed breakdown with how much will be spent and where it will be spent. izzou: |
