How many structure when Buhari won all the Northern states except North Central against the incumbent Obasanjo in 2003? Abegi..

Peter Obi noise can't be taken for granted. He only needs to pick some major votes from the North Central. Tinubu has to strategise to foil both Atiku and Peter Obi. And the only way he can do that is by including everyone to vote for him which can only be done by fielding Lalong.
