let me be brief. on january15-2019 i engaged in a coitus with a girl i met on social media, i had a condom burst during the act and went second round unprotected. after like a week i started having flu like symptoms, my research led me directly to hiv i was so scared, i thought about going for test then i read about something called a window period, so i waited after 3months i tested negative, i wait for another 3months which make it 6months and tested negative again. from 2019 to now i have tested like 5times all negative the reason why i kept testing is that since that time (my exposure) my life has never been thesame i became a very fragile person falling sick more often than before, one thing that is making me more scared is presence of swollen lymph node on my neck that refuse to go away. to cut the story short today i went to a teaching hospital, after listening to my complains the doc order test again which include hiv I TESTED NEGATIVE AGAIN BUT ONE STUPID TEST SHOWED POSITIVE IM AFRAID CUZ AMA BROKE GUY. i went back after collecting the result and the doc has closed for today so i have to go back tomorrow. please who will explaing this result to me before tomorrow i cant wait for tomorrow i am so scared.

Infact a p24 antigen test after 42days will come out 10000% accurate . And an antibody test from blood collected from a vein after 90days is 100% accurate .

My suspicion here is that you have other sexual related diseases like

Hepatitis A , B , or C

Herps
Or

HBV

All these will show up with symptoms like hiv..


But before anything , go to lab and do what is called a full blood count FBC , it will cost you 3k. Result will be out in 45min

why asking him to do FBC, even with full blood count his Hematology report is likely to show his blood cell is deranged which mean it’s fighting either bacteria or virus attacking his immunity which resulting in those lymph node and the culprit here is hepatitis b virus
