A lot of Nigerians have the NIN. To have a functioning phone line, you need a NIN. To open a bank account, renew your passport and a lot of other stuffs, you need a NIN.

The NIN has your photo and your biometrics; the same thing on your PVC

This PVC is just a white elephant project. NIN can conveniently screen out those who are not up to 18 sef.

Left for me, anybody with a NIN should be able to vote.
