Where did the airforce officer get #40m from? What is wrong with the Nigerian judiciary?

That is the beauty of the court. It doesn't care about your emotions. If you can't prove anybody is guilty, you can't detain him/her or keep their properties. Anybody can accuse anybody of anything nowadays. Any politician can label anybody today. You do realize that we practice an adversarial system of justice in this country?

Yeah. I was born yesterday and this car and cash that can be depleted before Appeal Court and Supreme court judgement should be released because a judge sitting down in his office thinks he is all knowing.

There is a legal procedure for everything!

When you go to Court in such matters and lose, you must immediately file for a stay of execution - if that is not done, you have absolutely no right to disobey a court order just because you don't like it.

This judge is simply over reaching herself. The consequence is humiliation.

What happened to common sense?

Why will a judge give an unimplimentable judgement? He has just ridiculed himself. Too bad .

You and the efcc minion ( I can't use boss for a low life) have ridiculed Nigeria. Wanna know this dude is a lowlife? Go outside the shores of this country and see if he will have such lofty sense of ego as he does have here.

Bawa is a criminal !
They will arrest these politicians and internet fraudsters and hold them down in their prisons, basically forcing them to play ball. Once those ones drop huge sums, the will be released and the case will get knleg. Most of his victims are of course southerners. The former governor of Anambra state that was just arrested the other time, no one hears anything again about him.. You hardly see him arresting ex northern governors, yet all they do up north is to share money.

Meanwhile, no one knows what he does with all these billions they have gotten from all these politicians and fraudsters. They sold endless exotic cars taken from suspected fraudsters. No one knows how much they have made and all the money in different accounts that have been locked up, no one knows what happened to those. Even the Abacha loot that was released tohem. Same with the millions of dollars found in Lagos last time. That Bawa of a guy is a sleek criminal

Bawa wasn't the EFCC chairman at the time this incident happened.

When will Muhammadu Buhari be sent to prison for disobeying court order to release Nnamdi Kanu?
I am not a supporter of the Biafran agitation, but the order of court must be obeyed if this country must remain and not turn to a jungle where everyone takes laws into their hands and does as he pleases.
Buhari is a goat!

MNK is prisoner of Attorney General Malami who represents the interest of his Fulani in Nigeria.
Malami's hurried declaration of IPOB as terrorist organisation complicated things, and has led to the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians. IPOB was a most peaceful organisation before Nigerias government started to use the armed forces of Nigeria to kill IPOB youths.
No country of saner persons kill people of non violent separatist group, then go to court to declare the group as terrorist organisation. Only in Nigeria.

Civil contempt/contempt ex-facie curie. The executive arm hardly obey court orders. Why will the head of the EFCC obey the order of the FHC.

He shouldn’t be the only person taking the fall for being disobedient, the entire EFCC should be fine for disobedience and also the Federal government attorney general should also be seriously dealt with because they’re gradually turning Nigeria into banana republic where there’s no rule of law, it’s a slap to the face of Nigeria justice systems for a court hearing to be held and delivered judgement only for some rogue in government to flaunt court judgement that’s a total disrespect for the country judiciary system nobody is bigger than the law.

I can see that you have the technical experience where money and cash is given to a suspected criminal to use that proceed of crime to do case with govt. smh

The SC has stated that where national security is at stake, humanright takes the back seat. FG will not release that money and car to him to sell the car and cash out no matter what the judge thinks. It is proceed of crime like this that give the nation serious security problems.

In other countries they try as much as possible to get damning evidence before proceeding to court or else the AJ or the district attorney go suffer politically if e lose court case on that type of excuse because they will never catch that person when he knows all they know

Go to the car park beside PPPRA building in Central Area Abuja, you'll find loads and loads of luxury cars that were sized by the EFCC that have been parked there for years.

At their headquarters, over 100 with deflated tyres are parked within the premises.

Good Judgement. The law says that'' he who assert must prove it''. If the rule of law can prevail in this country, then 80% of our problems are gone.

National security as determined by who? If one dunce holding power in Buhari's cabal decides that it is in the national security interest for him to repossess your wife and ravage her as he pleases, I hope you would be patriotic enough to understand, for the public good?

Some of you are retardded. You just use blanket terms to justify nonsense. National security with no fixed meaning and safeguards against arbitrariness or abuse of power and yet you would talk nonsense.
