It isn’t called animal cruelty, it’s what happens when corruption has eaten deep into the system causing poverty on one side of the country. The rich getting richer the poor getting hungry. You think say if every Nigerian belle full hin go think say animal stroll enter area. Nigerians are more negligent than any race in the world

Fyi, hippopotamus is one of the most aggressive animals out there and it kills humans more than lions do. If it's not killed, it will definitely kill humans in that location.
You just expressed my thought and point.

The Animal cruelty going on in Kogi state is alarming.

Today another Hippopotamus was killed in Lokoja making it the third one for this year alone. I don’t know the reason why an animal on the brink of extinction can’t be protected or left alone in it’s Natural habitat. It was Killed in Ganaja Axis of the River Niger/Benue..

Pls anyone that knows how we can contact the relevant authorities who can arrest and prosecute this poachers should let me know. I’m sad to see this happening in this age. The hippo was too large that it was a crane that was brought to lift it into a truck.

This also connotes the fact that there isn’t a game reserve in the other side of the sea but game reserve and wild reserve can only be seen in the tropicals

There is always a reason for me to ask why ?

I hope you have families as animals in Africa living in the zoo? A slave in Germany condemning his own continent, it’s obvious where in Nigeria you’re from.

Africa is a zoo tongue.

I once hit a wild hog at night, and had to call the police, which called the local hunter responsible for the area to attend to the scene. I was required to secure the scene until either the police or the hunter arrives.

There's a reason it is futile to argue with a lot of our country people. Their worldview is still stunted. This animal, alive, is worth much more in their lives than the few chunks of meat they will derive from its death and eventual disappearance from our ecosystem.
