Apart from your certificate please include other evidence like joint bank statements,bills, investments ,pictures, emails/chats, hospital letter if both were registered as a couple in same hospital etc

University of Brighton sent me email after my application that "Secondary School English Qualifications completed more than 3 years ago fall outside of the acceptable validity period for the English Language requirement". and my waec is 2002, what can I do? does it mean my 2002 waec result will not be acceptable?

I encountered similar situation while applying to a school. I ended up providing a recent English Proficiency Letter from my Undergraduate department. You can get one from either your undergraduate school, department or even from your Course Advisor. Be sure to ask them if it would be allowed though.

You can easily rebook. For payment, you can even pay that very day, anytime at all before you enter the IOM office. Be sure you enter with a printed evidence of payment.

1. I have a sister who is a citizen in the UK, my brother also went there during September intake with student visa, he declared her as family living in UK. The question is since I am applying now, should i declare only my sister who is a citizen or both of them (brother is on student visa) or shouldn't I declare any atall before they say we want to plant family roots there?

2. I have dependants, should consent for POF use on MA account be written separately for each dependant or on one letter? Same too for parental consent??

1. Declare both. Your brother is in the UK legally so you have nothing to hide. I always declared my children when they were schooling in the UK - in addition to family I have there.

my wife had same problem but we've done an affidavit against that years ago. They requested at cas level and we used the affidavit.. Hopefully using same at the visa level now

There may be some little error since it is the 1st time someone is making such application.
But did you tick the box that asked " The documents ticked in this checklist are all of the documents I wish to use to support my application" in your appointment checklist?
I am asking because "proof of fund" is not on my dependants checklist but I know it should be part of the mandatory documents that I need to upload, so I am including it.
Please any other professional in the house should answer this.

Yes, you can. Send your application link and password to the person to complete the payment on your behalf if he/she is not physically with you. But make sure you have answered all the preceding questions are before getting to the payment page and then sign out for the person making payment to sign in with your application link and password.

I merged and compiled all the money in my account when applying for my US visa thinking that would make them give me the Visa, but unfortunately they did not even check my account statement, just asked questions and still denied me. Lol

Now my question is, can I use this same account as Proof of Fund for UK, someone advised me against it, because the ECO might ponder and wonder where an intending student got such amount of money from and might assume it’s unclean. (It’s not)

Should I just resend the money back to the owners and start a new proof of fund with another account?

If you upload this account as Proof of fund, you would surely get an NSF mail requesting for how you made the money. Employment history, payslips, business documents, CAC, FIRS tax documents, amongst others. Be wise
