everything is substandard.
you almost have to rob a bank before you buy any authentic quality stuff in naija.

Back then if you are making tea with Bournvita and peak milk in the kitchen, the smell would fill up the house.
I am still waiting for that butter that will be as good as PLANTA.
soap melts like salt. but back then two long bars of duck or canoe soap will last forever.
Remember when Ribena came out. You would need one liter of water to dilute 2 caps of it.
Back then, if you put raw rice in your mouth you would love the taste.
Even common Beer tastes like shiet. 3 bottles of the same brand and yet 3 different taste.

Na wa o, who did this us na, yesterday my collegue was saying she bought foreign milo, I argue that it the same milo we have, she said no o, that's different, I don't even enjoy the bournvita, it's seems this one is even fake of fake that's produce in one of our street.

-we Nigerians always settle for compromise and say things like AT LEAST LET US BE THANKFUL TO GOD FOR THE ONE WE MANAGED TO SEE.
-most companies that could not compromise on standards have left the country long ago.
the rest that are here are seriously employing chinese scientists to tweak the formula to give them more profit.
-back then you dare not use 5 naira sugar for a whole family but now you will pour 100 naira sugar in a cup and no taste. they have mixed original sugar with chinese dissolving crystals. same thing with the packaged spices.
-I remember when indofoods came to Nigeria, now dufil took over and magic started. rubbish.
-i feel sorry for those still smoking Nigerian cigarettes from BAT (BritishAmericanTobacco). Chinese have switched it to artificial tobacco and nobody is prepared for the avalanche of cancer coming up.
-standards organisation of Nigeria is on eternal holiday.
-snack companies have learnt how to fill up the packs with air like it is pillow they are selling.

My friend was telling me how she just wanted to hit the wall with nail in the new house the moved into.

She said the nail just disappeared into the wall . Showing that it's just sand no cement.


She was asking me if I am sure the house won't collapse one day.

It's been modified over the years now. Bournvita is no longer smooth like before and the taste is somehow now. I stopped taking it after I bought the last new improved pack that was tasting like children medicine./multivitamin.

Infact that SUGAR part. I have been noticing It since the year 2018. Initially, One teaspoonful of Sugar Is always enough for consumption but recently I can even add up to 5 teaspoonful and It won't still give me my desired taste but I will have to manage It like that. I'm talking about Dangote Sugar.

Most people In Nigeria have no Idea what have befallen them hmmm..
