How does a man on a salary of $2,400 a month, with no other source of income, forfeit $460,000 as tax to be paid on interest accruing on his deposit?

What that means is that Tinubu must have had several millions of Dollars in his account to be paying a whopping 460,000 Dollars tax on the interest alone

How did Tinubu achieve this on a salary of 2,400 Dollars and no other source of income?
