Let's be kind and easy on Q fanatics on this thread and outside. Some of us have them as family members. Some dont even know that they are Q addicts and would deny it. Like it's really bad and mental. Some believe crazy stuff that Trump is a time travelling god who is here to save the world from aliens and Dems are human eating aliens created by the devil. Let's take it easy on them. Not their fault. 2 Likes 1 Share

Obrigardo: You morons talk like Trump is going to live forever keep basing your entire strategy around one man. Y’all are so obsessed with him you actually believe the lie that the GOP and the entire world revolve around him. DeSantis has proved he’s the future of the party and even more of a problem for you because unlike Trump he is actually an effective politician without all the baggage. He just turned a swing state into a blood red state and won even the bluest districts like Miami-Dade. Just wait till we lunch him on the national level. Una go cry tire we play the long game while y’all keep chasing shiny objects. The Republican bench is deep. Your bench is so shallow and useless. Look how Stacy Abrams and O’rouke got crushed y’all touted those two lunatics as the future of your party. Future not looking bright for y’all. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I thought some people posted here that Lauren Boebert has lost her race Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) has taken the lead in the race for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District, edging ahead of Democratic challenger Adam Frisch by over 400 ballots with 98 percent of the vote in.https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/3729524-boebert-takes-lead-in-colorado-house-race/ 1 Like

raumdeuter: Yes, every man has a ***** but mine is larger. You get how that works? It's not a question if both parties redistrict, it's a matter to what extent. That Republicans do it to a larger degree isn't novel.. maybe to you. In fact I think Dems should match them, until the republicans find it hurts them and agree to pass the Freedom to Vote Act which the Dems wrote to ban it or something similar . |

IjeBos: See below Democrats in Illinois, meanwhile, have done all they can to exert control and ensure it benefits their candidates for elections through 2030. Even with Illinois losing a seat due to population loss, the map was drawn to create a congressional delgation of 14 Democrats and three Republicans starting in 2022, a change from the current 13-5 split. The Princeton Gerrymandering Project, a nonpartisan group that evaluates maps, gave Illinois’ maps an “F” grade, saying they give Democrats a significant advantage and are “very uncompetitive.” https://apnews.com/article/elections-race-and-ethnicity-philanthropy-barack-obama-state-governments-73d75629c440a971c65e9016476ed869 2 Likes 1 Share |

Oh I see. The race will be decided by a few votes and may enter into recount territory. Dems need this seat and there is still hope. Good lord. Boebert will only cry fraud. The remaining areas to count are largely Democratic 2 Likes 1 Share

raumdeuter: I'm sitting here trying to figure out what your point is, then realized you really don't understand how gerrymandering works vis-vis US elections and keep posting the first link you find. Here is a quick primer. After the US Census (every 10 years), each state gets or loses US House members depending on population size. So, each state takes that time to redraw their districts. So if say State A loses 1 House member and now had 6 instead of 7, they have to redraw 6 districts from 7. So the State Legislatures can draw it anyway they want per their State constitution (The Federal Constitution allows for states to run their elections anyhow they see fit, but Fed. lawmakers can make laws about it if they want). Imagine a state that is 50 percent Dems and 50 Reps. Ideally the districts should be 3 Dem and 3 republican. Some states would instead extremely partisan gerrymander them and draw districts to make it 5-1 in their favor. Now, by doing that that theoretically dilutes the votes of the other party and their voters. So, Dems sued under equal protection grounds (all votes should count equally) and it went to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court stacked with Republicans said it was not ILLEGAL. So.. In this election, the Dems though they think it is immoral, fought back and tried some extreme gerrymandering of their own. They weren't that successful, as some Dem controlled states filled with moral minded Jurists shut it down (NY). The Dems made some ground but in the end Republicans still had an edge. That was one of the purposes of the voting rights bill that the Dems tried to pass. But Republicans don't really like Democracy, they just like Power. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Ladyhippolyta88:The race is far from over. Pueblo County Clerk Gilbert Ortiz confirmed to The Denver Post that his office has yet to count about 1,800 in-person votes, 5,200 mail-in votes and is in the process of verifying the signatures of another 500 more ballots. So far, Pueblo County voters leaned toward the Democratic candidate from Aspen, 54% to Boebert’s 46%. Frisch, is a former Aspen City Councilman. Unless either candidate wins with enough votes, the race will trigger the state’s automatic recount process. 1 Like |

IjeBos:You have time discussing with him. States like California and even the NY Supreme Court will side for fair maps but Republicans in Florida,Texas and Louisiana want to only give Black areas one district for power and will gerrymander everything away that is why they have an edge in the house. Remember that the Ohio Supreme Court ruled against unfair maps, despite Ohio voters in 2018 voting in support of fairer maps the Ohio RepubliQans ignored the court ruling, the people's choice and gerrymandered anyway. Imagine if New York Democrats did this too maybe the house would have been called for Democrats by now. Louisiana RepubliQans only want one black District and SCOTUS enabled them. Raumdeuter will not see this but will want to both sides the thing by telling us about Illinois when a majority of RepubliQan states don't have a redistricting commission like Democratic controlled California does. 2 Likes |

IjeBos: Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Ohio and other red states heavily gerrymander to win. If California did not have a redistricting commission and Cuomo did not appoint Justices from another planet in the New York Supreme Court those states alone will play the GQP game like Illinois does so well those two states will eat into many of the GQP gerrymander have you not asked yourself why there are more Republican congress men/women in Blue states compared to Democrats in Red states? It's because the Republicans are good at cheating and Democrats are incompetent at it. Democrats have asked for fair maps through the Voting Rights Act Republicans have refused, to the extent that Louisiana did not draw a second black congressional district and hurriedly went to SCOTUS to stop it. That District would have entered the Democratic column if it had been drawn but Raumdeuter will carry water to defend these people and both sides it. LMAO. 2 Likes |

Governor Gretchen Whitmer won by 11 points or more. She flipped Michigan State Legislature her party did excellently well in the State. Jared Polis has won by over 17 points in Colorado Another Dem governor got up to double digits but you are not hearing Democrats tout them as challengers to Biden. Now after taking the GQP this far these people think they can get rid of Trump because DeSantis gerrymandered the state won with over 20 points, and Florida Democrats are incompetent clowns all of a sudden he is the presidential material. The same DeSantis with extreme views that can be controlled lol. Trump will tank that party they cannot get rid of him now. Trump must run for president they should have voted to convict him when they had the chance to but they refused to. Burn everything down Donald I believe in you. Take them down with you please 4 Likes 1 Share |
