Since we have been born Naira has been depreciating against the dollar. Only someone who doesn't know anything about economy beyond selling gala will make that type of investment especially with state funds

If I ask you to invest 1m today and collect N3million in 10yrs time without thinking about depreciation time value of money and you do it then you deserve to lose your money
