Naira change notification
All the hoarded naira came out at once
So too much naira to buy dollar, first the rush seemed like ohhh naira's gonna have a big deep
But guess what, too much naira to spend did the reverse
It actually brought down the reverse to dollar cause it is only likely everybody would be rushing to exchange in dollar dollar
So the issue of surplus and is it deficit in this case
