When i chatted their online agents; they said package not ready for pick up. Could it be because the other one is a new passport i just renewed cos of short validity of the old passport I used in submitting the application.?

You can order another note while you wait for the previous one, but this time order CBsa notes.

I don't think it will be a problem, but you can notify your school about the outcome of your application and inform them that you will reapply as soon as possible.
