I tried using a phone's camera,but it seems it was not compatible with chrome browser. I was advised to use Mozilla Firefox and it was successful.i have successfully registered.

Exactly my same challenge. I did not get any 'successful registration' page. Though i got a text mesg the following day with one NPC+ access code like that. But I can't login anymore.
