Thanks for your response. Just strange that on the EU’s site, it exempts holders of Canadian Visas.

Thanks, but I am confused about the consent form and yellow biometric slip, where do I get them?

If i am going to them which my Dad suggests, do I need to book an appointment or i can just go without an appointment? i check the link for an appointment, but the only option there is a biometric appointment hence no option for passport submission

Just click on the link, download, print and fill the consent form.

You can decide to do a walk in in Lagos but I doubt if you can do that in Abuja because of the security concerns. Just use DHL to send your documents, if you’re sending to where you did your biometrics, you’ll only have to pay for delivery fee.

Thanks for your response, so I did call KLM and they confirmed a visa would be required at France, because it is two stops, Paris-Amsterdam. That means one would leave the international zone and enter the shengen zone which would require a visa.

So only one stop would work, flight has been rescheduled for one stop at Paris this morning.

Thanks for all that contributed.

Order your GCM notes and address the concerns of the visa officer then reapply.

Please house, can I pay only my college tuition deposit and use that to apply for study permit while showing the balance of tuition for the first year, living cost and 2nd year tuition fee and living cost in my account and sponsors account?

IMO: you don’t have to pay school fees to get admission, you only pay application fee to be admitted if you meet the requirements and pay tuition deposit to confirm your seat if the institution requests for it.

But you must pay visa application fee before your Study Permit is approved. Biometrics: 85CAD + Application fee: 150CAD= 235CAD

It is only when you’re using an agent that agent will tell you you’re not paying anything until visa comes out and you have to be very very careful with such agents.

Good luck going forward
so after paying tuition deposit, do i state in my sop that i have the balance for the first year tuition, living cost in my account and second year tuition and living cost in my sponsors account when applying for the study permit?

I really feel sad about this. Please don't give up. Since I have been following this thread, I have witnessed enough second time applicants getting their visa.
Be strong and fire back.
Get your GMC notes to know exactly what happened then fortify and repackage.

Good day all, pls i will really appreciate any suggestion at this point.

I studied Bio-Chemistry and have 4+ years of experience working as a Human Resource person in one of the top firms in Nigeria.

I look forward to going for a master's degree in Human Resources. However, I am currently running another MSc. in one Online school (not a Canadian school) for the Human Resource management programme.

Kindly help to guide pls...so as to be part of those that will get PPR before the end of next year.
