ok here's how it happened. Someone advertised few items here and claimed they're in best condition.

I bought refrigerator, PS 4 and stabiliser from him. He assured me that everything is in mint condition and if I have any issue with the items, I should ask for refund.

When they came in, I realised that the fridge doesn't really chill, turned on the PS 4 and it comes on and off intermittently and the stabiliser, you have to hit it before it will push out current.

I hit him up and informed him about the issues,he blamed the fridge that I didn't allow the compressor to cool down before I turned it on and I told him I wasn't aware of that. He told me that the PS 4 had been long he kept it and wasn't sure about the conditions.

At the end,he promised to refund me on the stabiliser and PS 4. It's almost two months now and all I get is that I should be patient.

Just this night, I came home and saw how the items are gathering dust and hit him up and he told me he has my money but I should wait for him to come back to Nigeria. This is someone who told me he just japa. I asked him,why should I wait and he said he doesn't have any address I can return the items. I told him that he should refund me and whenever he's ready, I can waybill the items after all, I waited almost a month before he sent me those. Na so he told me that I am going about the issue the wrong way. I just got really angry and realised that he don scam me. The fridge he told me that it was in mint condition has a faulty compressor which has been welded. I'm only asking for a refund on the stabiliser and PS 4. Let me fix the fridge myself but dude is just a very wicked person. I have accepted my loss and life goes on

Anyways, I bought replacement for the said items.

As simple as that. I remember when I had perfect money transaction with one guy here. D guy transfered money to me, unknown to me, d money he paid for, I wasn't eligible to do such transaction. Then I was suppose to transfer d money back to him, network became an issue. I was sweating like Xmas goat waiting to be slaughtered.
It was around 11:50pm, I had to go to d nearest ATM machine that time to try machine which was successful. Infact that day was like a test of time, bcs d guy said a lot of negative things to me, but at d end I sacrificed my time and I took d risk of going to d machine at that time to prove to him that I'm for real.

let's not be so fast to judge in this case. The seller said he isn't sure of most of his goods because they weren't in use for a long time, I guess he told the buyer the same thing.

If the buyer bought goods of 400k and 120k worth of goods looks shaddy, I believe the remaining 280k goods aren't shaddy. Let's all agree that the buyer also didn't check what he's buying, it's not as if the seller ran with the buyer's money, the seller is even proposing to refund some funds.

The seller is not a thief as u're implying, neither is he a scammer as insinuated by the buyer. Maybe some hitches on state of some goods here and there but not worthy to be termed a scammer nor a thief.

The new buyer and Michilins are in communication and the bone of contention right now is who pays for the delivery and that is why FBI agent like you without any formal training can still come out and be parading yourself

Going by all I read on this case from both u and Michlins, Michlins paid 120k for d said PS n still paid waybill three times and a new buyer is paying 70k for same PS and still doesn't want to pay a kobo for waybill, is it that u are aware of d fault or what? U alredi discounted a whooping 50k for new buyer and is still not ready to pay for waybill like for real? Is dia truly a new buyer cos he/she sounds greedy anyways?


Dear previous buyer Michlins, now that u have 70k in possession alongside the items, don't send shishi for waybilling to the new buyer and if after a month this issue isn't resolved yet, don't release the item anymore, kiss ur 50k balance goodbye and do to the item whatever u deem fit yle u also don't give room for further discussions on it with the seller But nawa for u o Michlins, u have that kind of money for a used item, still paid waybill three tyms (this waybill part dey vex me too much) and couldn't just go buy ur stuffs newly U can even get a new moderate freezer for around 235k with peace of mind instead of the unnecessary stress u presently putting ursef through
