Civil forfeiture. All other explanations are just rubbish. There is a reason why courts differentiate civil cases from criminal cases. If you don’t know the difference that’s your problem. What matters is that there was no criminal case and no criminal indictment or conviction.

There is no law that says being involved in a civil is a ground for disqualification in politics. Criminal conviction is what the law is against. If you have any evidence of criminal conviction, post it on this forum or go to court instead of making noise all over the place.
