Good evening guys. I've been following this thread for over a year and decided to give it a shot three months ago. But instead of registering the domains to sell, I chose to buy the domain, create a website, rank it and sell the leads to businesses in the location as this will be more profitable.

So I settled on the roofing niche with Dallas, Texas as my target location.

I used a Google voice number for the website.

The website has ranking for some keywords like roof repair Dallas TX, chimney repair and replacement Dallas Tx and some other keywords.

But to my surprise, I get calls and messages from people in Huntington saying they came across my website and need my services, and I will reply that the website is a lead generation website and not really a physical business.

Each day I get like two calls.

I dont know what to do at this point, should I contact roofing companies in Dallas or Huntington to try sell the website or leads?

If I contact roofers in Huntington, bear in mind that the domain contains the keyword Dallas. All the content on the website is about Dallas Texas abd not Huntington.

I'm just wondering how the site is appearing in Huntington for Roofing keywords, could it be because of the Google voice number?

Please advise me. Thanks in advance.

I like this method I will like to know the niche you did this cos I have sites too which I believe these can scale up traffics to it as well

Nigerian cards don't work on Wise. You can fund your GBP, USD or EUR accounts through Binance in order to verify it.

You need to generate Wise bank accounts to be able to receive funds transfers.

You cannot receive money into your Wise account unless you add the initial $20 deposit using dollar debit or credit card. Once the initial $20 is deposited and KYC done, you can then generate USD, GBP, EUR and other international bank accounts to receive transfers.
Note: No Nigerian issued credit or debit card, virtual or physical, dollar or naira card can work on Wise.

Okay let's do this....

To verify your wise account

Go to your binance p2p change the settings of payment GBP and select Wise as payment

Then buy GBP with the usdt you have something like that

So you can be verified

N.b: I used GBP because of it was GBP account I was trying to open to collect funds from afternic so as to bypass this their w8 tax form thing....

Check from 2019 to end of 2020
Plenty outbounding tutorials were done....

Manual outbounding
Let's say you are outbounding for Nash/ville/Water/Restoration

You on Google type Nashv/ille Wat/er rest/oration
Then go to your setting on your chrome or kiwi browser(my fav) change to desktop mode.

Then move to the map section
You will see the businesses with their website as a world logo at the front.

Long press on the world logo at the front of the business and open new tab for each, you can open new tab for like 2 pages of gmap

Then enter each tab, go to contact you will see an email, if you don't see click on their Facebook or Instagram logo to see if they have it on their social media page(I like the Instagram because you will most times see quality leads there, make sure you login your facebook and Instagram into the browser you are using to outbound)

Some cases you might not see leads on their site and social media
You can do this, search their website with
Email* www.theirwebsite.com

Email* owners name www.theirwebsite.com

Or you can just pay for Email scrapping lol
Get good names and pray for grace...


I think this is how Manual outbound but for your own good still read this thread forget all those YouTube videos... this thread is Nigerians experience in domaining, its easier for you to relate with this thread than any YouTube video walahiii

Although, the invasion of some elements that want to compromise the essence of this thread and it's good will. And their unprofessional approach to domaining have made some of us to be quite adamant or lacklustre in the thread.

Sharing my 70th Sale on The Dan Platform.

I'd like to use this opportunity to share something I figured out using Google Analytics.

You can use Google Analytics to Know whether you should keep a domain or let it to drop. You can know whether a particular buyer have been checking it out for a specific period of time.

Recurrent visits....which can translate to high interest and possible sale. You can also use this to know the type of domains that make sense. I'll share this in the next post.

In my previous post I had shared how you can put Google analytics on Dan to track all your domains so you can make an informed decision.

How to know if a particular end user have been checking your domain out via Google Analytics. You can use that info to know whether to keep a domain or let it drop alongside other informed decisions:

I assume all of your landing pages are already pointing to Dan

1. Setup Google analytics on Dan. I shared this in previous post.

2. Use Desktop to go to Analytics and login with your Gmail.

3. Go under AUDIENCE>>USER EXPLORER

4. You will see all the Users that have been visiting your individual domains or multitude pages. You can know how long they spend...their bounce rates, to know whether they're bots etc.

5. You can also set a time period, like from Jan 1, 2022-Nov 11, 22 on the top right hand side to know how many times a particular user have been visiting your domain for a period of 11 months.

6. When you scroll to the bottom of the page, there is the SHOW ROWS. You can set that to 5000 to show all the users on the screen.

7. At the top we have CLIENT ID, SESSIONS, BOUNCE RATE.

8. CLIENT ID is the unique person that have been visiting ur domain. SESSIONS, the number of times, BOUNCERATE, how long the particular user stays or level of interest in the page.

9. You can click any of the users to further get infos

10. Then you can now know whether the user have been visiting that particular domain a number of times. You will see the time of visit and also the time spent on the Dan page.

11. There are some users you will see them jumping from one of your domains to another. Those ones are mostly other domainers or bots. Not real end users.

12. End users will be checking a particular domain for multiple times not jumping from one to another.

Thus with this, you can at least know whether to keep a domain or not.

Good one, Learner. For those who can't use that method you can do this. There is an easy method that works.

1. Login to Google Analytics
2. Click on Admin at lowest left corner
3. Click on Create account
4. Give it any name then scroll down and click next
5. Give it a Property name, scroll down and click next
6. Choose 1-10 employees (this doesn't really matter)
7. Tick Measure Customer engagement...
8. Click on create.
9. Accept terms.
10. Choose Web as platform.
11. Put Dan.com as Website URL. Give it any stream name.
12. Click on Create stream.
13. Finally, copy the Measuring ID that will appear.
14 . Go to Dan, click on Integration under Settings.
15. Under Google Analytics you'd see Measuring ID.
16. Insert the code you copied. That's all.
