It's not the fault of this present administration, there met nothing, I must give it to them they have improved infrastructures greatly.

There have started development of the estate.
A good number of industrial plants are springing up there. Estate developers has bought the rest.

Shell has also established a residential estate there.

I don't know whether it's factual that NBC bought 200 plots at ogbaku for their plant as well as Next group along onitsha road for their mall, needs confirmation.

Heard from sources that investors has been selected but imo state government wanna sell 90% shares both in shoe factory and Avutu poultry farm, formalities is yet to finalized, model seems resemble Roche group with Adapalm

Innoson group seems to have settled with IMSG their factory expansion has been revived

it is hotel but not up to 10 storeys building I was there last two weeks, I was also told that denka estate project has been stalled for long

Funds maybe the issue, construction materials is not smiling at all. Because I know they have cleared with govt agencies.
