I am posting according to the attached document. If the US claimed Tinubu has no criminal records in their system, then they should return his $460,000 they forfeited, else they should explain to us why they did that.
At least that money will help him in this coming election.

QED!

A bloody low-ranking junior accountant with B.Sc. degree forfeited $460,000 to the US government without contesting grin cheesy

Even Elon Musk will not forfeit such amount for no justifiable reason.

I will say it again and again, Tinubu is a transnational criminal.

U r dumb just like Tinubu. The OP is subtly shading Tinubu yet u don't get it.
In other words,if Tinubu doesn't have any links with the Yoruba drug kingpins in Chicago, then he should demand for a refund of his $460,000 from the US authorities. Who parts with his legitimate money without a fight. In fact he should claim damages. But guess what,he prefers the matter isn't even mentioned again because he entered into a plea bargain to snitch on his drug associates who incidentally we're directors in the investment company.
I know u r a proud urchin, but try to minimize the way u display ur stupidity in public.

Thîefnubu is a wanted, criminally minded cocaine addict. He should go to the USA and clear his name. grin

Nigerians have had too many drug related cases yet unsettled. Thîefnubu shouldn't be allowed to contribute more to the problems affecting Nigerians.

But the US is exonerating him by the contents of the document I shared. If that document actually comes from the US as stated.

A typical zombidient brain cannot differentiate between a personal account and a company's account. The question is, why was over $900k was left unforfeited?.
Can a US Government return some certain amount of money in an account belonging to a drug Baron without confiscating every single penny?
Can a drug Baron retain his appointment with the Top firms in the US and promoted as a senior executive without being fired?

U be mumu oo. As if u don't know the US does even more than that when they are in pursuit of high ranking terrorists & drug lords. They even grant u amnesty & in some cases immunity from prosecution just for u to provide credible information that will help them nail the big fishes ie those at the top of the food chain.
If Tinubu was pure,he should have pressed charges against the US government. But he didn't.
The administration of criminal justice system in the US is quite different from ours.

The Cable & FIJ are not making any silly allegations against Tinubu, if any media house wanted clarification, they'd contact the US authorities. Why do you think investigative media like Premium Times & Punch are not being fooled like you are?

$460,0000 in 1993 was a lot of money back then. Back then the naira was exchanging to around N20 to a dollar.

It was an investment account, those who had their money seized in the account were rather found guilty, why must Tinubu go claim some money that did not belong to him?.
No matter the protection the US authorities would provide a criminal, he must first be arrested and detained, questioned and put under a strict surveillance. Was Tinubu subjected to any of these?. You can't possibly have a " no criminal record profile" if he was convicted.

Receive sense.

You don't know what a plea bargain means. In a plean bargaining, you can only have the severity of your sentence reduced. It doesn't stop you going to jail but get your jail sentence reduced.

The US authorities were basically interested in the 2 Yoruba drug kingpins. Tinubu exchanged vital pieces of information to enable them nail those guys. Somewhere in ur earlier post u referred to those guys as Tinubu's clients that's untrue. They were directors in that investment company.
Tinubu was earning $2400. How did he accumulate such a huge amount of money.

Where did i tell you they were his clients?. Thank goodness you admitted it was an investment account and if someone had questionable funds in a company he is a director, would that stop the funds being investigated?. Why do you guys like changing mouth like dirty pants, can't you guys be humble to admit you don't know and then learn?.
Do you know Tinubu has shares in Apple & Manchester United?. I pity ignorant folks like you.

If US denies having no record of any wrong dealing on Tinubu, I will not argue with them, but I am asking for explanation for the deduction or forfeiture of an innocent man's "Hard earned" money? Or is US a thief, forfeiting peoples money without any reason?

Please they should answer me quick quick.
