Kidnapper arrested on his way to supply soft drinks and cigarette to his gang members

The Niger State Command of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has arrested a suspected kidnapper while on his way to supply soft drinks and other items to his gang members in Lapai local government area of the state.

The suspect, one Shehu Baidu, 18, of Kango Lapai, was arrested following an intelligence report.

The police during the operation recovered five soft drinks, five packets of cigarette and two loaves of bread.

This is foolish, instead of parading him, why not follow him to the forest where his other gang members are and arrest all them, and free their captives. The NPF keeps acting like dumb bleeps.
