Soludo doesn't even care about the way things are going in Nigeria, bad leadership, corruption, failing economy, inflation etc. He's ok with the status quo. That is very myopic of him. Any unbiased mind can see through this. Tinubu forfeited 460k dollars which was linked to a drug issue; its simple as that.

It may be overreaching to call Tinubu "A drug lord", "escobar" , etc but one thing is obvious, Tinubu had funds in his account traced to a drug ring(whatever he does for them is between him and them who are mostly his friends and relatives).

460k is a whole lot of money in the early nineties and no honest man will give out 460k dollars of their sweat especially when u have lawyers that charge a tiny fraction of the money to get the money back.

Atiku could not win the ticket because his own OBJ was against him

Sambo did not get to fight for a ticket because GEJ went for a 2nd term, and he lost too

PYO didn't win because he was a posterboy politically. No structure, no followership for 8 years. BAT put him there, and BAT kicked him out.

Okowa is a state governor holding his structure. If he becomes VP, he has the chance to retain and spread it. Atiku picked him himself, so Atiku will use his same influence to select him again.

Nobody in PDP can enjoy that privilege as it is, except God disposes
