Should my children declare they have an uncle (Dad's brother) in the UK? But there's no option for that so I wrote a 'to whom it may concern letter'

Please @dduchess90 and @gloriya, someone who wants to apply for Visa as married but he is not going with the dependant, will he still have to upload marriage evidences?
The fact is that he has done all traditional rites and booked date for his wedding.

Note: She won't be joining him to the UK yet till all her documents are ready. Maybe next year July

He doesn't have to upload any evidence.He should declare the relevant status as married.

The documents will be for the dependant to upload when she is ready

Hi everyone, I made a mistake while filling my visa application and realized after I had paid for both IHS and visa and my IHS number was given. A day after trying all possible ways, I ended up cancelling and rebooking a fresh application. My question is do I get my refund of both IHS and Visa after the canceling the one the mistake was realized or ask for refund individually for IHS and Visa.

You can upload different documents in the same section. It will NOT be merged.

Your international passport validity must be more than 6 months before you can use it to apply for visa

You can merge documents that are multiple pages but not different documents

2. You can use your CAC and TAX if it covers study gaps

3. You don't need the additional letter for your kids Uncle
