any of three muscles in each buttock which move the thigh, the largest of which is the gluteus maximus.

You too should learn.

I gave one example.
Kenya gov has definitely borrowed more than poor Ghana. We borrowed 35Billion externally - 45B internally - so when it come scale you're not there.
And we dont factor borrowing from SOES - because SOES do their own thing - they borrow from kenya banks, foreign banks, or do right issues or sell their own bonds.

Unless kenya gov gurantees that debt.

Now for you - Ghana borrows - Worl bank gurantees- then you claim the money is for SOES?

The image I am getting is a primitive economy that you have in Ghana - where the line btw company and gov is blurred - now we hear crazy stories like gov is involved in profitable ventures smiley smiley . Kenya gov uses SOES to do such things and they are independtly run - and do their own stuff - only on few instances do treasury step in to gurantee their borrowings - otherwise if they go bankrupt - treasury can bail them or leave them to die.

Below are SOES debt that Kenya Public - treasury - guranteed.

That 750M dollars from EXIM bank was for purchase of Boeing Jets from US - they only become a liability if SOES default - I think KQ defaulted this year - and treasury has to pay. The good thing KQ has paid from 750 to only 80M remaining.

Just40:
you want to compare 700 dollars to 13 billion dollars?

The books are still showing debt because we're still borrowing to invest in more fuel securities for our economy and laying pipelines to various places expanding our economy.

Europe does not want to invest in fossil fuels and recommending Africa keep it fossil fuel in the ground but it is busy roaming around Africa looking for gas so it doesn't freeze ... Why don't they turn on their solar and wind power on to provide electric heaters enough power for heating?

So my govt have to step in to provide investment for our gas sector.

Naa Ghana does not borrow uselessly like that.

You must have something to show for that huge borrowing and not just a loss making SGR..

Well according to the WB, you have to factor in SOE borrowings because your government becomes liable when they default.
This is the reason why you're at the IMF because your SOE debts brings your total debt to 105 billion dollars.

Ghana 54 billion dollars debt include all 101 SOE debts and the greatest holders of the debt are GNPC, Ghana Gas, Explorco, VRA and etc... All of which are companies flush with cash and are capable of paying the debt. None has defaulted on their obligations.

Various development that relief Ghana with 3 billion dollars hard cash yearly to be spent in other areas instead of outside the economy.

It just Fintech, Banking and Dangote.
Kenya it's everything.
East Africa Breweries - run brewers in all countries around here.
Kenya cement companies - have regional operations
Name any company and any sector - even selling eggs - kenya company likely to open a branch everywhere.
Kenya hotels the same - I think Nigeria has Eko Hotel brand now - that is some progress
Apart from the now increasingly hostile Tanzania

You dont have regional expansion. This began in late 1990s in kenya when our economy tanked and region started to grow.

Now kenya is going for continental expansion. Soon you will see kenya companies all over Africa replacing the retreating South Africans. Thanks to Africa Free Trade Area.

Let hope Ghana doesnt sink with Africa Free Trade secretariat

Provide me any industry in any country in Africa, and I'll give you Nigerian investors for that industry. Nigerians work in the ICT sector in the majority of African countries, and Nigerian banks are found everywhere in Africa (4Nigerians banks are making profits in your country Kenya).

Would you like me to bring up Nigerians startups, agriculture, or insurance? grin grin grin grin grin grin
1- In oil and Gas sector( Southern African) : ZCCM IH has signed an agreement with a Nigerian petroleum firm to explore for oil on two exploration blocks in Zambia.
2. in Banking sector , Angola (Southern Africa ) : Access Bank Plc has entered into a binding agreement with Montepio Holding SGPS S.A to acquire a 51 per cent majority shareholding in Finibanco Angola S.A, one the largest bank in Angola and one of Portugal’s well-established commercial banks

3. financial technology and payment card: Interswitch Group: (All East African NATIONS ) Nigeria platform who is rivaling Mastercard , the Nigerian payment card brand owned by Interswitch Group, Verve, has expanded its reach in Uganda , with a partnership with KCB Bank Uganda Limited.

That is just communist hangover that kwame Nkrumah infected you.
Ghana gov job is to build roads and such...pay Ghana teachers better than crap you pay...pay police better.
Why are you investing in VRA directly - why cant they not borrow on the strength of their assets.
Kengen in kenya - borrow to build dams - and kenya treasury doesnt care - unless the creditor ask for a treasury gurantee.
Even SGR is really loan by Kenya Railways - but of course that one has public gurantee.
Kenya Railways should be able to borrow using their assets - they own huge prime lands for example.
SOES unless debt is publicly guaranteed we are not obligated to save an SOE that goes down.
We leave it to creditors to sell it.

They are damaged goods. The gallipig and the shem.ale.

He is confusing buttocks with muscles inside the buttocks. Gosh! And he is using the word descent instead of decent. I ask you again: how do you cope with such brainless, poorly educated, rabid mongrels?

The buttocks (singular: buttock) are two rounded
portions
of the exterior anatomy of most mammals,
located on the posterior of the pelvic region.

I didn't give you the synonym of your buttocks, dude! Your buttocks ( rounded fatty part of your sitting and sh*tiing apparatus remain static) I just want you to learn how real insults are peddled. Chicken and hen are related, but they are entirely two different things. So if I have to insult you with any of them, I will go with a real deal: hen.

And you don't use the noun " Own " after a possession phrase/ possessive pronoun. That is basic Xyz.
