He got it wrong completely with insurgency but a lesser country would have been completely overrun by now. He made horrible mistakes with the foreign exchange stuff as well. But overall he has his merits, as well as demerits. Just like any other African leaders.

On certificates, Sakanjawhatever also has his issues. No one is sure if he had his certificates or not. So?
