There's a reason why many APC supporters are very happy with INEC. In fact we see most of them boasting and gleefully talking about their confidence in the corruption of INEC as their saviour to rig the election. INEC although is subtle about it, is fully partisan. They have tried to disenfranchise lots of voters from the southern Nigeria while at the same breath promoting child voting and multiple registration in the North.
