LP does not have a credible candidate in Rivers, so there's no issue if PDP continues the job they're doing in Rivers. I'd most likely vote Sanwo-Olu in Lagos cause I don't see any candidate that's strong enough from LP or PDP; also, he ain't doing badly. For most people supporting Peter Obi, it's more about the individuals and less about the party. Most LP candidates were sort of set in stone before Peter Obi joined the party, for those candidates that are credible enough and able to run solid campaigns, a synergy is created but if not, the next best alternative from APC, PDP or other parties gets the support.

That said, Peter Obi shouldn't have thrown them under the bus publicly, maybe if he could influence Rivers politics sufficiently, he'd have done like BAT did for Goodluck in 2011, float Ribadu but work underground for Goodluck.
