"Did not establish" doesn't mean there was no evidence. I know this is all too complicated for you. But the words they use have legal significance. You are drawing inferences from that statement that don't exist. And the reason they could not go forward was because of all the cases of Obstruction of Justice he meticulously laid out in the report. But it wasn't Mueller's job to charge Trump on those. He gave the report to Bill Barr and Barr lied about what was in it and made up some BS reason not to charge him.

As I said pull out the report and read it yourself. Don't rely on the on the rehashing of a Right wing commentor.

And lastly Trump was President. In the US they don't want it to even seem like they are going after an Ex-President for politics. So, Ex-Presidents get wide latitude. And most President's don't abuse that latitude, but Trump is a walking crime syndicate. And Democrats especially believe in Justice and the Legal System to their detriment. Also, Garland has a balancing act. His job is both to protect the US Laws but also being an Executive branch official, to protect the powers of the Office of the Presidency. So, Garland is being even extra careful. 1.) To not seem like he is going after an Ex-President, but at the same time making sure sure Justice is served. And 2.) also to not doing anything that sets a precedent that diminishes the power of the Presidency. But you would know any of this if you lived in the US or knew anything about US History or it's culture.
