Can I use dollar card from someone who’s based in America , like someone based there will pay , to pay for ihs, visa fee & priority ?

Yes. The person needs your application password to log in and make payment. This is after you have answered all questions on the IHS page.

The visa category is student visa. The account holding my POF (complete) is a busy one. I transact on it all the time.

Since I also use it to receive money which can be up to 1m at one deposit, could it be considered as lump sum? Remember my POF is complete and it is not adding to my POF.

AND if the said amount is considered as lump sum, would I need to write a cover letter explaining what's it's meant for?

No, it’s not. It’s your account, use as normal.

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed I saw from reviews online that it is a good school. Just that their students are claiming online that they attend lectures Monday to Friday with barely time to work and that is a red flag for me as I intend keeping my current job remotely. I just tire
If you are talking about university of Lincoln.It actually depends on your course.. Some management courses goes to school from Monday to Friday and some Monday to Wednesday.
Education some just a day and some 2 day
Same applies to other courses. So your course will determine. Mine is Monday to Wednesday. I went to work yesterday Thursday and today Friday, I use Saturday and Sunday to rest.

My dependant that did his biometrics on the 7th has not gotten his brp letter. We sent a mail yesterday and we were told decision has been made but no brp letter yet and still at DMC

Long story but try and read grin grin

This journey started early this year
Applied to University of Bedfordshire for Sept intake. Conditional offer was given, Paid 75% of Tuition. At the time of Credibility Interview, was denied CAS...Why? beacause I had a recent refusal this year.

Ok All hope wasnt lost...I requested for refund.
A week
2,3,4 weeks went by ... still couldn't get the refund after sending lots of mail... funniest part was, they didnt respond to any of the mail. embarassed
Applied to LJMU and Greenwich University for Jan intake since i couldnt meet up with sept anymore.

Received Conditional from LJMU and Unconditional offer from Greenwich grin . Went with LJMU though.
I needed to make deposit of £4k, Bedfordshire still hasnt refunded the money..... My hubby Went online and saw a petition againt Bedfordshire where they didnt refund an Applicants money over 4-6months I think, Untill the petition.
I was like haa Morire grin grin

I sent another mail to the school, searched for the school's admissions team email, the departments, every email i could find from their site and cc: all.
Telling them I will also raise a petition or do worse if my money wasnt refunded asap.

Within 24hrs, they responded that that they are processing it and will take 2-6weeks to receive it.

Oh my God cry
Within a week I received the refund grin...All thanks to God
Bedfordshire chapter closed.

Paid initial deposit , got unconditional offer from LJMU.
Then CAS...Applied for Visa, on biometrics day I missed my appointment, had to reschedule and booked Flexi for the next day.

I was actually scared the school or the ECO might reject my application again because I had 5 refusals...But, a guy testimony here on nairaland gave me of hope and courage .
Finally.....It ended in praise

Pls I have a friend who is divorced n wants to go with her two kids alone. Please what are the documents she will be required to submit on behalf of the kids?

2. Can her ex who is a US citizen be allowed to bring those kids in after she might have resumed over there?

3. Wouldn't the sole custody order (if submitted) have implication on the ability of the father to bring the kids in (if she claimed sole custody)?

You can also report them to FCCPC (consumer protection Council); try as many options as you can to retrieve your funds.

What is your intake? January 2023 or September 2023.

I have received unconditional letter for University of Lincoln and it is boldly stated there that I have been discounted £5,000.

My tuition is £16,200. Less £5,000 discount brings my remaining balance to £11,200

I checked from their website. I'm yet to apply tho

Commercial banks are the only banks acceptable. Using a microfinance bank is like shooting yourselves on the foot.

They must have gotten NSF first, even if empty.

I really don't want to go through all these refund wahala.
I've tried to search but yet to see anyone.
