It'd be good to know how their balance sheet and valuation now compares with traditional Nigerian banks. 4 Likes |

igbizen:The person who holds dollars continue to benefit from his hedge. We either pick emotions or economics, not both. Holding Naira for 100% of your wealth does not make you more patriotic. In fact, I think you are not only hurting yourself but also subsidizing the economy and enabling the thieves at the CBN who have made it their mandate to fund all government deficits by printing Naira. Printing money is akin to the government putting money in your pocket and taking part of it. Excessive printing of money as currently being done by the central bank is the unpatriotic action here, and and private individuals should protect themselves. Deficit spending/printing money started in 2015. It is like drugs, the govt. will find it hard to stop as you'll see. Why is it that this government is not solving hard problems like subsidy, crude oil theft etc Have you ever seen someone who gets money free go back to working hard? All the three frontrunners of presidential election have USD exposures. Should anyone be more patriotic than our incoming presidents? If you like, hold 100% Naira. It may not be a bad idea, but don't insult others. 10 Likes |

Homextras: No. You receive rental income twice a year for the duration of the investment. At the end of the maturity date, your funds are returned into your bank account. Homextras: Tenure is fixed as stated on the advert. It used to be a 7 year tenure until 2021. Homextras: Rental income is tax free. 2 Likes |

richforever123:Was MBA Forex a legitimate forex investment platform/structure? MBA forex partnered with which forex broker? Which government regulatory body regulated the broker? Every body where here in this forum when we were warning about the scam MBA forex running a ponzi scheme and using forex as a front. We were threatened by investors in the scheme, the mode was even paid to ban our official moniker for 30 years, which was our domain name, and we had no other option than to deactivate the moniker. Search for the moniker Fxmanager, go through our topics and post and you will see our efforts to educate investors in these forum and to expose all these ponzi schemes, even to the detriment of our life and business, and yet still, most investors in this forum refused to listen until they were scammed of this funds. Always ask questions before you tag anybody a scammer. Investors being blinded by the returns from these ponzi schemes made them to refuse to asked the necessary questions nor to adhere to our warnings in this forum. We challenge you to visit our websites, go through it and come back to this forum/thread to expose any loophole in place meant to scam investors of their funds. Some investors in this forum are too lazy to do their background research on an investment, be it online or offline. We have repeatedly adviced in this that you can only invest in an investment structure/platform, if it is a government licensed and regulated investment or partnering with a government licensed and regulated broker, with proof of their licensed status in the legitimate government regulatory body's website/database. The internet is there for any information that you want regarding any investment, despite its presence, you still need to be guided on how to go about getting this information, and also differentiating between the real and fake information about an investment out there, especially online investment. Once again, go through our websites and educate yourself on how a legitimate and secured forex investment platform in structured to secure/protect investors funds. We have the most secured investment platform in this forum ready to generate an above average returns for investors in this forum. We have over 14 years forex trading experience, and also online investment to be able to guide investors on the right online investment platform to invest their funds. |

Labadi69: My 6 may appear 9 to you, doesn't necessarily make me right nor you wrong. Different strokes for different folks, if all of us shun Naira investments for dollars I wonder what will become of the currency . I calculated a 10m investment on sukuk @15.64 for ten years and a dollar investment @6.5% ( confirmed current price) , even if dollar is changed @#1,200 comes 10 years, the difference is nothing to worry about. 3 Likes |
