That is, INEC shouldn't act on the ruling yet.

No. But your allegiance as the head of the executive (or any arm of government) is in doubt when you go out of your way to acquire one via naturalization. Would have been a different story if he had it by birth

did u read the basis for the disqualification? It was a clear case.

The National Judiciary Council now needs to thoroughly investigate the Judges in Rivers State

This is no longer Normal

Rivers State no longer has a functioning Judiciary

It has been badly tampered with and it has now finally Pafuka

Nobody fights wike and wins. Even Atiku know that. If not wike, Amechi would never be governor. When the heat was too much, Amechi ran away to Ghana. It was wike that stood and claimed the mandate for him. He wins because he is always righteous in his battles. If you go to river state, you will see that he used rivers money for his people unlike delta that has nothing to show for all the money he got as an oil state.
