Hmmmm.... I applied for a one year study Visa to go for a PhD research work in Walter Sisulu University since 5th July, 2022 at Abuja and equally submitted a signed MoU between my home institution and the host institution.

Until now, no response yet... Looking at myself everyday as my PhD years don dey increase because of this same delay.

My host institution have sent in mail, no response... I have even sent them mail, no response....

I know someone who applied like some days after you and have gotten an outcome like early October this year.

Sincerely speaking , I havent check on that as i deal with mostly conference, tourist, visiting visitin, work/business visa

I applied for visitors visa late October on the dha website and got a mail this morning that I have a response.
The website is refusing me to login.
Has anyone had this issue today because I logged in a few days ago

E-route is fast.. Vfs eroute is faster

Tell your University to write a very strong letter to the SA Consulate here in Nigeria. That should speed up things for you.

Am having the same issue after I get the email I try to login many times and I try everything still can’t login and later ask someone to go to home affairs for me in SA they said I must contact the SA embassy here in Canada they will help me I try to email them yesterday here in Canada they ask me to apply again at the embassy and the process take 5days.

Please if you find a way to login please let me know so I can also try it out

$75 when u use VFS E-route.. service fee can be around $25 to $30

recall your passport? i thought you applied through dha website... and is it not supposed to be 90days instead of 30days?

seriously I don’t really have idea about what you gonna ask me. I paid my agent for her service and the visa fees includin reservations
She has a big office here in my state .. and also has an office in the cinema.. i wont give you her contact to avoid stories of scam

I wil only give u her website, you go to her office and talk to her directly. All what i did was pay her, gave her my docs same day and went back to sleep

And got her call today.. if you want to ask question ask here

I paid for evisa fee - $75 each person
Paid for service - $30 each person
Paid for hotel reservation (no third party hotel site) - $180 with my girl
Book flight reservation - Cant recall
Paid for her service and coaching - 50k naira each person

I feel everything i sent to her in naira was around 300k and something

The 300k and something naira i pain covers for my girl too!


If its only u.. then u will pay around 150k naira plus but less than 200k

MODIFIED: the docs i submited includes

- 2 standard passport
- international passport
- yellow card
- 3 month bank statement
- she told me to get a Covid vaccination card in which i did

My passport n my yellow card was returned to me same day after she scanned it
