I wish to know if it's possible to claim years of experience if the company you worked is no longer existing but you have only some few payslips to show u worked with the company. I can't find my contract and all effort made is unproductive.

How do I go about it. I need the maximum point on experience.
Do you have bank statement, tax and pension for the employment period?

Hello guys,
I am a mechanical engineer currently writing my CDR for skills assessment with EA. Please I need samples of successful mechanical engineer Career episodes for guidance. I know EA is very serious about plagiarism so I won’t copy it to put myself in trouble. I just need it for writing guidance.

Good day, Bellong and other leaders in the house,

I am done filling in the necessary information on the VETASSESS portal, but I am having challenges making the required payments for the skill assessment. Please, kindly, guide me on how to make payment from Nigeria.

I have been reliably informed that I can not use my Nigeria master card to do such payment, and barter shut down their virtual dollar card service recently.

Please, how do I go about making payment? Guide me

I believe you have sorted this. Follow the advice given to you earlier.

To be honest, my wife is not ready to sit down and study any ielts. And I believe it will reduce the points. U mean the PR path for her and my kid will be an issue.

Adding her to your application will not jeopardize it even if she doesn't want to sit for IELTS. If need be, letter from her school that her education was in English will suffice.

The hurdles to cross in bringing her later will be too cumbersome to cross and worry about.

Goodmorning everyone,
I am 26.

BENg Petroleum Engineering fromm University of Port Harcourt
MSC cybersecurity at the moment in Nottingham trent university UK

Code : 262112 ICT SECURITY SPECIALIST

I have less than 3 years experience and haven’t taken any English tests, however if i do take an English test with proficient or superior, i range between 65-80. I would appreciate a little more information about the process.
Is there any advantage of taking IELTS over TOEFL?
While looking through the list of invited occupations for the October round, I couldn’t find any tech related role invites. Is there anyone in tech who has applied and gotten invited? Please I will need your guidance. Thank you

Just to encourage us all on this journey. I assessed with VETASSESS for Valuer.

I applied for priority process,
paid on 11th of September 2020
got receipt on 14th Septemeber 2020
got a mail from VETASSESS approving that I was eligible for priority process 16th September 2020
got my positive outcome letter on 19th September 2020 (date on the letter was even 17th September 2020).

I claimed 11 years plus (including NYSC) work experience, but got 9 years as positive. NYSC wasn't considered and 1 year from my experience (1st employment) was used to calculate the qualifying period required to meet the skill level of the nominated or closely related ANZCO occupation.

meaning, if all is in order, the assessment process is done speedily. I was actually looking forward to September 30th, 2020 (considering the 10 business days timeline for priority process) for the outcome letter and it happened in 4days.

I wish us all the best in the process!
pls can I send my transcript to VETASSESS first before making payment? this is because transcript processing takes time. and also I have both msc and bsc, which of the degree transcript should be sent?

Thank you sir for the response , pls I want to ask if it’s possibly for my Uni to send my transcript electronically to VETASSESS. Is it acceptable? Does it have to be compulsorily sent by courier in a sealed envelope?.

You are advised to send it as early as you can!

No, you don't need a reference number. However, ensure that a certified true copy of your Certificate is enclosed with the transcript.

In addition to this, ensure that you submit your application as soon and as early from when you send the transcript. This is to enable them to match your transcript to the application. If they get your transcript without the application, it is difficult to know whose transcript it is. They can only view your application details when it is submitted

@ bellong, @saynoomore, @ tunlex001..Pls is there anyone that has sent transcripts electronically straight from the university website to VETASSESS? Was it accepted/assessed? Applying for transcripts manually is an extreme sport in University of Ibadan. Pls help.

During covid they worked with transcript sent from the university directly. I think they've reverted to hard copy. But I will advice you do the soft copy as well. You never know, they may just deemed it sufficient for the assessment.

Greetings elders, please I used my office address as my residential address in EOI not knowing I will be asked to provide documents as proof when nominated by Western Australia. I don't know how to go about it since the utility bills carry the hospital name.
