My SONY VAIO PC has both Windows & Ubuntu but after I mistakenly hit it on the table while bringing it out to work it started loading only Ubuntu.. shortly after that it stopped loading Ubuntu at all... it displays BIOS messages.

I'm sorry I don't work on phones but I understand this process, first you need to get the part number of the chip, because there are different bga pin designs then get the prefer tool or socket,you I'll need a rework station to remove the bga chip from the phone.

A lot of things can cause this,one need to troubleshoot and get where the fault is.
