Guys please I need advice. I'm in Australia trying do my assessment with VATESSE. I used to work in a bank in Nigeria for over 6yrs. The statement of service given to me by HR is not in line with the format VATESSE will use to access me. Questions 1. Can a letter from anyone in the bank signed on the letter head do? Though ppl i have spoken to are scared as HR frowns at ppl signing such letter. 2. How far do they do in verifying these documents? 3. Is it advisable to attach the 1 page document of statement of service from HR with whatever I can get from a staff who I worked under? Kindly advice please. Regards. |

Decentdave:That's enough for TRA. You don't need tax if you already have pension. |

Smile4mee01:1. If you are getting it from anyone, don't use a letter-head 2. They can verify any document to any length. There is no formula to the extent. 3. Yes you can do that Ensure all communication (back&forth) is via email so you can attach it to your email to explain why you are using a fellow colleague. This will give credence to the reference letter you design yourself and you should also notarise it. 1 Like |

@Bellong, @tunlex & others, I live in a suburb with no address in Abuja, so I always use my office address as residential address. I was asked to provide documents for proof of residency for state nomination. Your advice is needed because I work in a hospital. |

Prisval10: Proof of residence? This sounds like "residence in Australia". What state is requesting this and what Visa class? |

livchi:You need to have a valid English test before she submits the visa application. Did your wife get a pre-invite to apply for nomination from a state or a 190 direct nomination from SkillSelect? |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Alphadoor: 7:56am On Dec 04, 2022 |
livchi:. In that case. Since the document has expired before got invited. Your application will be rejected as you will be deemed to have supplied "false information" It is best to reject the invitation. You should Redo English as scheduled and update your EOI, please note this may change your EOI date. |

Hello, everyone. I need an advice. I had given up on Australia and Japad to UK on a study route. I just woke up to an invitation to apply email for all visa subclasses I applied for (190,189 & 491 respective scores 75, 80 & 90). Considering settling for either 190 or 189. I'll appreciate response to point me in the right direction. My main concern! Now that I am in the UK for over 4 months now, can I apply from here or I have to go back home to Apply. I am confused. |

Make sure you lodge your visa with a valid IELTS. It does not matter if your IELTS expired before your nomination , just make sure you write the exam, have your result before submitting livchi: |

Hi all, I have two questions regarding the police report: 1) how does one apply for a Nigerian police report if one is based in the UK? 2) are you expected to apply for a UK police report if you have never lived there for 12 consecutive months but collectively if all months are counted, they add up to over 12 months? Thanks in advance. Also, I would like to connect with any business analyst who got a 189 invitation. |

Bodacious1: I am currently at that upload section now, was going to ask aswell. Though I am sure its not a UK police report but a Nigerian Police Report, you'll see it written there 'Nigeria. My own confusion is if I can upload the police report I used while coming to UK, it has the United Kingdom as destination written on it. |
