Well, the problem is not 'blacks' , what we need to do is reinvest in youth football, and training of youth coaches, then we will see how things can change.

Countries that do well at the world cup have good youth systems...not teams hurriedly gotten up to win FIFA tournaments, but good youth systems which bring up young players from childhood to adulthood in football.
