THE BEST COACH FOR THE SUPER EAGLES

The best coach for the super eagles should be the coach of the Siera Leone
team that held us to a 4 4 draw or the coach of the CAR team
that defeated us in Nigeria.

1. Both coaches seem to have a high sense of football tactics
2. Both coaches seem to know how to get the best out of their below average players
3. Both coaches seem to understand our players and African football in general
4. Both coaches are affordable and not expensive.

We should have seen it and contacted the coach of CAR and Siera leone immediately they started causing us problems.
I think Bayern hired their present coach from Leipzig when they saw how good he was
Big companies allways hire talented employees.
Look this is why forieng companies come to Nigeria to hire computer programmers, doctors and other skilled personel. They can see talent that can be harnessed cheaply.
Offering a coach like that the chance to coach one of the biggest teams in African football is mouth watering and with their knowledge, they will do well.
Both coaches to me will be another Westerhoof

It could have easily been 3 nil to Ghana.
Only God knows how that last corner kick hit Partey on the shoulder and over the bar.
Football is about being clinical and tactical. I do not see any way back for the Koreans.
Ghana could easily walk away with 4 nil in 90 minutes.
Kudos to the Black Stars.

Not even watching. But I caught snippets of their first and second goals. Both from set piece situations and the first was quite controversial even with a VAR check. There was a handball.

Anyway, make dem win naa... It's Korea. Uruguay awaits them in the last game. grin
I insist I don't see Ghana surviving this first round. Same thing I said about Cameroun even though they showed good fight today. Las Las, both will go home after the first round.

Morocco is the only African team I Stan at this WC and rightly so.

As for Senegal, we shall see them vs Ecuador. It's in their hands but will they make it?

Tunisia? Naaah. Going home too.

Ghana will make it because they are well coached and they have a fighting spirit

And yes Zambo Franck Anguissa made his errors today but one game isn't enough to talk down on his obvious quality in the middle. This is a player that has shown consistency as a ball playing central midfielder overtime and has been in awesome form for Napoli this season.

He is better than Wilfred Ndidi especially as a Ball playing Midfield personnel in the CDM role.

Ndidi's press resistance is poor in comparison to Anguissa and many games have shown this and one game doesn't suddenly change that fact.

While Anguissa has shown his ball playing nous over the past one year+ across many games up until this season, Ndidi has also shown his decline and poor form in the last one year even up till our game vs Portugal.

We have a CDM in Ndidi only adept at Ball Winning through Tackling, Interceptions and pressings but he is poor on the ball and progressively he is a liability.

In Anguissa we have a CDM who contributes defensively but also lines breaks with his passing, can ball-play and is progressive in his plays.

Respect Anguissa. He was also good vs Switzerland for those who ACTUALLY saw that game. Won more duels than anyone on the pitch and gave 7 final third entries.

More than this, he is the heart of that Napoli Midfield alongside Lobotka and is contributing massively to their title push from the middle and has also been massive in the UCL.

Abeg, one game is not enough to erase his class.

We have to tell ourselves the Painful Truth. NDIDI IS ON A DECLINE AND WE NEED TO ADDRESS IT FAST. Let's hope he gets back to his best.

They didn't look so well coached in their last game. Even their two goals came via scatter-gun attack approach. It was all reactionary.

Otto Addo is a decent coach. Better than our dinosaur in Eguavoen but the guy is also limited and is more about results than actually telling his players to be more dynamic mixing bravery with tactical discipline.

He did this vs Nigeria in Abuja and they got away with some measure of luck. We missed chances upon chances.

Never forget he dropped the worst first half showing by African teams at this WC vs Portugal. Playing total negative football for 45mins+ with no single attacking transtion made.

Abeg truth is Ghana is riding on spirit and some luck mixed with decent Conservative coaching. Their first goal today was a gift. That was a handball VAR decided to overlook. And then the Koreans aren't adept at defending long balls so Ghana have taken advantage of that. The Koreans were the ones on the front foot until that Ghana goal according to reports and stats reports I read.

This Ghana team is one that rides on momentum. Kill that momentum and their spirit fails them and they won't play ball.

Such approaches can get you results here and there but in the long run, with no true pattern... it will be exposed.

Look, we have Amunike who is doing decently at Zanaco FC in Zambia. Hired as their technical consultant to the Coaching Crew of the side and with their team on a poor run of results, he has helped turned thingd around.

He came in around late September and from 1st October till date, Zanaco has only lost once in 10 games.

Pre-Amunike, they were on a run of 5 losses in 12 league games.

Let us take a cue from Morocco... They picked up Walid Regragui from Wydad. They looked inwards and picked a coach that knows the lads. They kicked out Vahid who was having issues with Ziyech and Morocco knew they still need Ziyech and chose him over the foreign coach while bringing in a local that knows the players and was willing to play them to their strengths and pick a Tactically balanced side.

If we want the truth, Amunike knows the core of this Squad. Give him the job.

I am not stunned at all. My only surprise in this game was South Korea falling behind in the first place. I have watched enough of this Addo's Ghanaian side to know what they are capable of.

They are a momentum team. Once they score, they play better and get more confident but once they lose touch with that momentum, they can be eaten up.

Addo is a limited coach too. I don talk am already.

This game is gonna be one of the highest scoring ones of the WC this year.

Ghana trying to access their "momentum" again with another goal by Kudus (the only Ghanaian lad I stan. Used to be Dede Ayew for a long while but Kudus don displace am for me).

Game not over yet.

Point stands. This Ghana team na Spirit, Vibes, Momentum and inshallah.

I want ghana to succeed so that we Nigerians will understand that the problem with us is lack of good coaching.
Ghana is a very similar footballing country to us with similar calibre of players and history.
I mean for every Abedi Pele they have we have austin okocha
and for every Yekini we have they have Anthony Yeboah
We need Good coaching and that is all

With or without Ghana, we already know our problem is bad coaching and poor selection of certain players not tactically synced for the team.

Even this Ghana you watch now is still poorly coached. Don't let the scoreline deceive you.

Coaching get grades. And poor coaching too get grades. Ghana have been riding on negative football against better sides (e.g. Nigeria, Portugal) and it's not something I want our Super Eagles to imbibe for the long stretch.

So you wanting Ghana to succeed will do nothing for our coaching situation. It is Nigerians that continue to live in delusions about the kind of team we have when infact we can be much better with a coach that understands the pool of talents better.
