Profgordons:

It is quite simple, that amount is too small for an undergraduate program. For four years of study you will need at least twice to three times that amount. You might be lucky with some VO but you are better off with a two or one year program

Over 30m with Good account inflow and outflow..
Also showed property documents of sponsor..,
I have ordered gcms note to knw the particular reason though

Not at all. When asked if you have been denied or requested to leave Canada and it’s territory before, just say yes. A column will be provided for you to state the reason, just state it and also mention the year.

Good luck.

It's US that denied me visa not Canada
Thanks and God bless.

Upfront Medicals 19oct
Applied 16th Nov
Biometric 17th Nov updated same day
Denied 28th
No info about medicals
Submitted all documents,
Sister is my sponsor and she did a gift deed of over 15m, her own bank statement over 30m plus properties
But I was still denied based on personal Asset and Financial situation
What could be wrong ..I presented all documents
And I’m going for an undergraduate course ..

Sorry about about your refusal but on the other hand I are lucky they replied u in time instead of wasting ur time and still deny you.
I think the VO needs to prove that of how strong ur ties to that your sister is, because the properties and money is hers not yours so u need to show them she will not leave u half way and u have full access to all that is hers. Maybe a picture of when u guys where younger etc , u can include in your sop that she has always been responsible for you, you u guys have same surname ? If not provide her change of name and wedding certificate.
(THIS ARE ONLY IN MY OWN OPINION AND BASE ON DIFFERENT THINGS I HAVE SEEN HERE)

Order your notes so you can see the reason for your denial at length so u can tackle it properly.
I will you the best .

It’s quite disheartening new applicants are getting faster decisions when May June July August are still waiting for decisions.

Only God knows how these people operate. Every applicant deserves fair process. Why the random review process. If they want to deny they should do that applicants can move on or reapply. It’s also obvious no doubt that applicants using old portal are getting reviewed more than new portal

Hello All,
I have a SOWP and kids study permits in process. However, my spouse's study permit has few months to expire, we are waiting for the renewed passport to apply for extension. Could this (short validity of existing study permit) affect the pending SOWP and study permit applications?
