1. So far your manure is dry/cure, and you mixed it after the application, you can put the hole either side or center but I will prefer center.
2. I don't know maybe it is up to 3 grams, 2/3 grip of finger is okay for each spot.

There is a cucumber they call "Jos cucumber" . It last long and doesn't taste bitter even if you don't irrigate well. Do you know any cucumber variety with this qualities?

the bitterness has to do with weather and water around dec-early march, if you can find your way around it no problems Sir! I don't know any cultivar name Jos cucumber.

it a most to irrigate daily.. what am expecting is minimum 30 minutes in the morning and evening if you are using drip.

cure In that context mean dry and free of maggots. You can hasten it by spreading under sun.
