how do one control emotion generally?

how do one be in genuine touch with the emotions, feelings, ego?

how do one develop ability to withstand the pressure instead of pressure flipping?

how do one control emotions that thoughts from the mind attached it self towards and before one could notice or realises it the emotions already had control the individual?

how do one face and withstand the intense emotional pressure when dealing with something at the moment like a man to man rapport or with a woman at the moment in order to dertermine who will pressure flip and who will survive the pressure instead of pressure flipping under intense emotional pressure

how do one control emotions
towards men, towards women, towards animals, towards places, towards things, towards life in general

i am talking about emotional control from within your internal self

i mean internal control not the external

I've witnessed this one time like that. A bouncer at a club in FCT here too,a guy was slapping his babe at a club coz the bitch was misbehaving,the bouncer wantes to form James Bond and was pushing the guy away from the babe. The guy was telling the bouncer that he should leave them, that's how they use to settle their indifferences,my guy no hear... He ended up pushing the guy out and taking the girl back inside the club,the guy told him that he'll show him say him don enter... Na so the guy begin track the bouncer oooo,until like after two days he tracked him to a Store where he went to get groceries for his family and shot him in cold blood... Word got out and Police started looking for the guy,las las he was caught at a hotel and guess who they saw him with? Your guess is as good as mine ...... The Same Bitch that the bouncer was trying to protect. The bouncer left behind a wife and three children,last born was just 3 months old.

Imagine a VIP or an expatriate/tourist was there and someone was beating another person up and the bouncer was just looking, what impression do you think he/she will have of the club? Will s/he ever feel safe or rate such a place? Especially in this social media age.
So the guy was shot because he saved a girl? or because the assailant was a vengeful, vile mad man?
So last last bouncers should not interfere in cases of violence on their watch.

Lols.... Ubunja, you're right, there's a lot of paternity fraud in Nigeria, but it's very risky for the men involved. This is because in Nigeria, men invest a lot in order to marry and maintain their wifes. So they can go to any length in order to protect their investments, even as far as going diabolical or even ordering a hit on the man that's sleeping with their wifes.

So as you can see, it's possible to sleep with married women over here, but the consequences may be fatal for the man and most will not live to tell the tale.

But here is my own submission; why risk my life by sleeping with a married woman who may be past her prime years when there are younger and fresher girls who are still in their prime years and come with less risks, unlike the married women. The juice ain't just worth the squeeze over here, except there is monetary exchange involved. Even with that, one needs to be very careful.
